Rental details

Devereaux House is a restored and elegantly furnished Victorian home available for private receptions, events and meetings.

Community rental rates 

For over 16 years Devereaux House has been managed and operated by The Friends of Devereaux House. It continues to be made available to community groups for rental at reasonable rates.

The rental rate for the house is $40/hr, calculated from the time someone comes into the house to set up, until they clean up and leave. The maximum daily rate is $250.

There are special rates for regular weekly or monthly meetings. For extended periods, long term rental rates can be negotiated.

Should renters wish to serve alcohol at an event, there is an additional $60 insurance fee.

How to apply for house rental

To request a reservation, you must fill out and submit two documents–the rental application and the terms and conditions document.
